The Hon. Anasha Cummings is an elected official in Troy, N.Y. a.k.a. "Ginger City, USA."

Not much is known of Cummings’ role in The LoERH. But his red hair is quite extraordinary. Some facts that have leaked to the public are that:
He has never almost cut his hair.
He is a giant ginger mensch.
He is a jolly young elf.
He can pass for Sasquatch.
He sometimes goes viking.
He was homeschooled.
He is tired of winning.

As noted by The New Yorker, Cummings was elected to Troy City Council after distributing his campaign platform printed on the backs of wearable red-beard cutouts. His campaign videos, which have featured him running through rainbows in slow motion and kayaking through outer space, have been known to cause hypnosis.
